Poppin’ Fresh Cuts

Here is the other Fresh Cuts card I mentioned this last weekend. It's much prettier in real life as it was a little difficult to photograph. I used the Poppin'Pastels technique on vellum! There was a lot of detail in the stamp, so it took a while. I used a soft paintbrush so as to minimize the smudging. That piece is mounted onto Old Olive and the card base is just Kraft. It's a fairly simple card in design as i was hoping to maximize the impact of the image. It's very soft looking…..

  1. This is the first example of this stamp set that I actually like – take that back – really, really like. This is GOR-JUSS! Beautiful detail work, beautiful colors. I’m going to have to refresh my poppin’ pastels skills.
