Are you enjoying Spring so far? I know not everyone is having beautiful Spring weather yet, but OMG – WE ARE!! I love days of having the windows open, hanging out with the kiddos in the back yard…
I am TRYING to keep myself focused (a little bit anyhow) and "working" away in the office. Today I have a sweet card for you that I created for an upcoming baby shower. Now, the Paper Craft Crew Challenge this week is a Tic-Tac-Toe challenge, and everyone knows that to get a win – you're SUPPOSED to make a straight line through 3 spaces… I cheated! shhhhh…..
Can you figure out my 3 spaces?
It's SOOOO pretty!!!
SO I went with Monochromatic, Metallic, and "one" of my favorite colors – Petal Pink. I used the monochromatic palette of Petal Pink, Blushing Bride, and Calypso Coral reinkers to create a soft watercolor wash for the background, and added metallic touches with the gold embossing patterns on the feathers of the dream catcher, the word "Baby", and the splatters on the background, as well as with the Metallic Sequins and and some Wink of Stella on the "Welcome".
