Apple Cider and True Friends

One of the things that I was most excited about from our day of stamping in St. George was that I actually don’t have ANY of the sets that we used! I am so happy to be able to share some great ideas with these sets with you now though!

This first card was really fun and easy! The base is just a half sheet of River Rock cardstock, cut vertically first, then folded in half, and then in half again back on itself. Cute, quick and fun! A few pieces of Apple Cider Paper matted to add some interest, add a cute sentiment from the True Friend set and a tie with yummy Wide Choc. Chip grosgrain and you have yourself a great little card!

This second card was a little different for me – but very cute indeed! The base is again River Rock, with the medallion and circle from True Friend stamped in Wild Wasabi and Really Rust. The ribbon is wrapped all the way around to keep the pocket closed, and a cute little tab card pulls up from the top with a band of Wild Wasabi Boho Friend wheel at the bottom. Too cute! The edges were all sponged in Wil Wasabi. Love that designer paper, don’t you?
