Artisan Wednesday Wow – Baby We’ve Grown with Blendabilities

Artisan Dec Hop Button-011

Hi there!!! Welcome back!!!

Did you enjoy all of the AMAZING Project Life® projects last week? WOW! There were some UNBELIEVABLE layouts and ideas. I think you might see some more ideas this week as well.

This week instead of doing another Project Life® idea, I decided to play around with the new Blendabilities markers! I LOVE THEM!!! They are an alcohol based marker and SO fun to color with. The richness and blending abilities are out of this world.

To come up with a cute image to color, I turned to MDS and found a few images in the Baby We've Grown set. I enlarged them to card size, and changed some of the colors to coordinate with my ideas. Take a peek.

Now, being a mom to 3 boys, I am partial to the cute little sneakers, but these little mary janes are pretty cute too..

I even made some sweet little Rich Razzleberry Rhinestones to accent the girl card. I love the color combo of Rich Razzleberry and Primrose Petals together, I might even be a little sad to see Primrose Petals leave at the end of the month.

While I LOVE the Blendabilities, like with anything, there is a learning curve. I did watch some tutorials online to get me started, but I found out I learned the most when I just PLAYED! So when you get your hands on your own markers, please play, play, play!!!

Head on over to Jennifer's blog. I love some of the beautiful and clean ideas she comes up with and I know you will too.
