A little St. Patty’s Day to share
Well, of course everyone is Irish today, but I am proud to be able to claim my Irish heritage. My Maternal Grandmother is 1/3 Irish – so it’s there. My hubby’s almost full Irish so now I really get to claim it by default. Besides with a last name like Bohanon it’s pretty easy!
I wanted to make some St.Patty’s Day cards for my boys and there’s nothing like the last minute so I stamped a little this morning. I love this set and have wanted it since the catty cane out in July and I just finally ordered it. It’s very "not Jeanna". I wanted something a little non traditional so I chose an everyday stamp and turned it green! Isn’t he just the cutest?
We’ll be going out to Henderson today to a St.Patty’s day celebration put on my the local chapter of the Sons of Erin. Should be a lot of fun! I was going to make oatmeal and serve green milk for breakfast but my crazy Irish hubby doesn’t like oatmeal! He’s really not crazy about most Irish food, but he loves his Irish libations! So I guess he’s a true Irish man after all.
