Creation Station Blog Hop – Cute Critters, It’s a Sweet Darling Donkey

 Hello! So happy to have you stopping by today! Thank you for joining me and the rest of the Creation Station, and our menagerie of Cute Critters today!

 Honestly, one of the hardest parts about my project today was trying to choose which cute critter stamp set I wanted to play with! Ultimately, I chose my newest set, and a set you can only get for about three more weeks!!! Darling Donkeys.

 I wanted a nice, soft look to this little guy, so I stamped him in Gray Granite, then added a light shadowing of ink with my Blender Pen (I do not use this nearly enough!). I also added the slightest whisper of Petal Pink on my embossed layer, just to give it the tiniest touch of contrast to help that main scalloped rectangle stand out a bit more. I might have been inspired by THE donkey himself, Eeyore to add that cute little tail bow to mine. I just cut off one of the solid edges from the Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon so it would be the right size!
