PCC247 Sketch Challenge Congrats Graduate!
Hey, hey!!! It's Wednesday which means it's time for your mid-week inspiration! This week the Paper Craft Crew has a GREAT sketch challenge for you once again! I had a lot of ideas with this one, but there was an occasion that I HAD to create for. My nephew's high school graduation!!!
(please click on the photo above to go to the PCC design team blog to see TONS of inspiration with this sketch)
I had to fight back tears creating this card. I don't think my nephew knows how much I love him. He was "my first baby". He is 5 years older than my oldest son, so I kind of claimed him 🙂 When he was little I used to pick him up for sleepovers and LOVED spending time with him, I think he is when I fell in love with "little boy magic". He was my little Bubba, and now he is tall, and handsome and is signing up to join the Marines after graduation. I am proud, but I will miss him like he will never know. He's such a great kid!
GAH!!!! Ok, I can do this!
It's a pretty simple card with a bit of wow factor thanks to GOLD!!! The Gold Foil Paper is embossed with the Sparkle Textured Embossing Folder. I also added an ADORABLE new accent – a Gold Mini Tassle!!! I LOVE it!!! Thanks to two of the most versatile products that we offer, the Labeler Alphabet Stamp Set, and the Large Numbers dies, you can create a card for ANY occasion that needs a number!!!
I'll be back tomorrow and Friday with the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop and a TGIF post! Hope to see you back!!!
Here is the list of supplies that I used. By clicking on the images below, you can the items directly to your cart so that you can create this card, and MANY other projects too!!! Please enter 2XUWASBT as your hostess code, and I will send you a special thank you gift! (U.S. only)
