MDS Blog Hop – What I’m working on – October

WELCOME TO THE "NEW" MDS BLOG HOP!

A bunch of us have joined together over the past two years to share
our passion for digital designing with Stampin' UP's My Digital Studio.
We have new designers that have joined us – WELCOME CORI, JULIE B. and
ELIZABETH RUSH!  There are now 10 of us on the team!  These ladies are
ridiculously talented in MDS and I am thrilled to be on this Blog Hop with them! You
will find us blog hopping on the 2nd and 4th THURSDAYS of each month!
We will have a "theme" selected on the first hop and then a "What we are
doing in MDS" on the second hop. Also new, is the hopping method. Just
click on the NEXT button and it will take you to the next person on the
hop. We hope this inspires you to get into My Digital Studio
and start creating! Would love to hear what you think of our "new" hop

I am so lucky to be following my fabulous friend – with the most
amazing smile – the talented, Holly Van Dyne. If you haven't seen her

This week is our "What we're working on" weeks. Last weekend my husband and I celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It was a wonderful weekend full of us exchanging vows, attending another wedding of our beautiful friends and revisiting where we were first married.

For a gift to my husband, I created an 8×8 album in MDS. This was no small task as I did not have any digital photos to work with. I had to scan them in from my album!

The cover uses the photo that was actually on our invitation…

 Now this book was for my hubby, so I did not add a lot of "foo-foo" and yes, I went with a template (Downtown Grunge – my FAVE) to help me keep it clean and simple for him!

Well, as if I wasn't lucky enough to follow one great friend, I get
to go before one of the best-bestest-bestiest BFFs EVER – my
outrageously talented and sweet friend Julie Davidse!!! Go check her out and tell her I said "Hi!" 🙂
