I saw this cute project on the Stampin'Up! demo website (isn't it great? THey give us such fun resources) and I thought I'd share it with y'all (yes, 10 years out of the South and I still say y'all)

Instructions
Additional materials:
– Wood block (4" x 18")
– 3/16" Balsa wood
– Brown acrylic paint
1. Stamp leaf outline image repeatedly in VersaMark ink on block; cover with Clear Stampin’ Emboss powder, and heat emboss.
2. Adhere Baja Breeze Patterns Designer Series paper to board.
3. Cut “Welcome” from piece of wood using Big Shot for Stampin’ Up! and Serif Essentials Bigz Alphabet die. Paint letters brown, and adhere to block.
4. Stamp flower image in Riding Hood Red ink on Whisper White card stock; cut out. Attach brad to center of flower and adhere flower to block. Adhere Riding Hood Red button to letter “M.”
5. Adhere both ends of Baja Breeze 1" double-stitched grosgrain ribbon to back of block. Tie two pieces of Riding Hood Red 3/8" taffeta ribbon around Baja Breeze ribbon. |
