Happy Monday!
Hi there, I hope y’all had a very Happy Easter. We had a blast! Picked up my niece and nephew for an Easter Egg Hunt and to celebrate Uncle’s birthday. I’m so glad they didn’t have to go to day care. (Las Vegas doesn’t care if it’s a holiday….) Here’s a few pics of my cuties, and some with cousins. Yes – it was hot out. Momma almost got overheated, it was a beautiful day for an outdoor BBQ! I know a little unconventional, but the day just really waranted it. I’d love to hear from some of you on what you did for the Holiday.
I also made a cake to celebrate Hubby’s birthday. He said he didn’t care if I made it Easter-y, that kids would really enjoy that. This is the first time I’ve ever made the Easter Bunny cake. It turned out Yummy, just not blue ribbon decorating. I think it took me maybe 20-25 mins. I also made some homemade "peeps" Soooo yum-o, not as sweet I think. Plus, they’re so pretty.
Hey girl! what a great Easter! WE did stuff with my family and Darrells. On D’s side there is 7 boy cousins from 9-9 months so it was so fun to have an Easter egg hunt! Caleb did so well looking for eggs! my sister in law took pics! I wil have to get them. great job on the cake! I really try but they dont turn out that good. I made a cars one for calebs b day and I ran out of red dye and the new red dye wasnt the same so half the car was pink 😛
