We Create Blog Hop December – Step It Up! AND #TGIFC136 Christmas Popcorn Boxes
Hi there!!! Happy FRIDAY!!! Ready for the weekend? I know I am!!! It's been a busy week around here…who am I kidding? It's usually a busy week and it's probably just going to get busier as the weeks tick by. That's one of the reasons why I decided to double up on my challenges this week.

As these days get busier it's nice to be able to turn to products like Stampin' Up!'s Popcorn Box Thinlits Die to create fun gift packaging for small treats for the Holidays. The great thing is, you can dress it up fancy if you have special ones to make, or keep it simple if you have a lot to do!
To make the Stepped Up version, I embossed the box with the Cable Knit Dynamic Textures Embossing Folder, I also added more of the Gold Ribbon behind the sentiment. The words are stamped in Cherry Cobbler, and I used Gold Embossing Powder to make those little stars sparkle! The stamps I used were from this month's Paper Pumpkin, but you could easily swap them out if you didn't get it (I am so sad for you – you really should subscribe)
Now, if you need to make a lot of these, you will still want to make it cute of course, but taking out a few steps is key!
Even with skipping the embossing and the extra ribbon, this is still an ADORABLE little gift!!! I did add a little extra sparkle by gluing on some sequins, but it still looked amazing without them.

Oh my gosh, these are both really cute. I love the added touch of the gold embossed stars and the gold sequins. However, everything is always so much cuter with the sweater embossing folder! The gold ribbon is a nice touch. Way to step it up!
Bwaaaahhhhh, I love the cable knit popcorn box…would never have considered using that embossing folder on it, but it makes it so perfectly festive for this time of year! Thanks for sharing 😀
