#TGIFC64 Summer Time and Sunshine!
Hi there! Welcome back to one of my favorite days of the week- TGIF Friday!!! I hope that you have been inspired by our weekly challenges. Did you know that we love looking at and commenting on your projects? We really do!!! I know I love creating for our challenges, want to see this week's?
It's a good thing I love summer, as there are a LOT of summer themed challenges right now. I wanted to try something DIFFERENT this week. Well, different for me anyhow. I rarely do a lot of "punch art" style projects, but I really wanted some fun, bright watermelons, so….. off to the Big Shot I went!
I LOVE IT! It's been the perfect little accent for my entry. I took some close up photos so I could show you how I put it all together.
First up, the watermelon. I used the Layering Circles to assemble this with hearts punched from the Confetti Hearts punch for the seeds.
Did you figure out the popsicle? I did use my scissors to do a little editing of the shapes on this one… but yes, it's from the Everyday Jars Framelits. Even all of the details. They are simply the lids trimmed a little thinner!
The sun was probably the easiest to figure out. I just cut the Sunburst in to a circle and then layered a smaller circle in the middle.
Can you believe it – no STAMPING!?!?! I really do love how bright it is!
