Sorry I haven’t posted

I've been dealing with some pretty severe back pain this week and haven't been able to sit very long. This pain has been bothering me for about 3 months, but the past two weeks it's been hard to even move. I had x-rays today which showed inflamation in my sacroiliac joint which appears to be the basis of the pain. Please bear with me, I'll be back soon as I really do miss posting. Hugs!

  1. Hi jenna,I have the same problem with my back.I got a great exercise from my chiropractor.Lie on your stomach on the floor,(i know this is agony but it works)raise yourself on your elbows, like a child when they are reading.Thats it ,you need to do this as often as you can for about 10 mins,it really helps if you use an ice pack at the same time. This is called the Mc Kensie position.I have been bad this past week and this really helps me.good luck Philomena……….
