One Stamp At A Time Holiday Blog Hop

Hi there!

I'm back with another One Stamp At A Time – stamp along challenge for this month's blog hop! Let's see some Holiday inspiration!

I love creating decor pieces.Sometimes I like to create big statement pieces, other times, small little accents that get you to stop and look.

What about you? Do you create decor pieces too? Here is a simple little project you could make quickly and a sweet little card to coordinate.

See? It's LITTLE. This is just a 4"x4" canvas from the craft store. I used our Cherry Cobbler thick twine to stitch in the buttons.

I wanted to create a coordinating card, but that would have been a LOT of buttons for the front of a card. I was excited when I saw that I had the PERFECT stripe in the Six-Sided Sampler stamp set!!! I just punched them out with circles instead of the hexagon.

Do you like it? I used the largest stars from the Star Border punch to create the centers, and I embossed the "Christmas" in Gold Embossing Powder to tie in the bow 🙂

Now, go ahead and check out the rest of the hop – there is going to be a TON of inspiration for you!

  1. What cute projects. I’m afraid though that if I used that many buttons on a project I’d have to keep it myself or be sure I had lots of those buttons on hand for myself. Yes, I may be an embellishment hoarder and I may still have a couple of packages of the Frosted Finishes embellishments from a couple of years ago. LOL! Love your projects!!!

  2. Fun, fun, fun Jeanna! I love that you’ve shown us how to do this two different ways…and using the supplies we already have! I never make home decor but I love your idea and maybe I will just have to start! Thanks for sharing awesome projects!
