A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop – Winter Woods
Hi there! Welcome back to A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop! This month's Winter Woods kit was the first in a set of two coordinating kits. As pretty as this month's kit is, I really can hardly wait to see next month's!!!
I came up with a few alternative card designs for this kit, and have so many more running through my head!
This one might just be my favorite! Running the image through the Big Shot with the Subtle Embossing Folder in both directions gives it the look of canvas.I decided to give it a slightly country look by pairing it with Crumb Cake, Poppy Parade and a touch of Denim Ribbon.
For this one, I used the inside of the envelope for the wood patterned paper. I stamped this fun, whimsical snowflake in Versamark and heat embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder. I added a little Vellum tree punched with the Christmas Tree Punch. The darling little bird embellishment was just the right accent.
