OSAT Blog Hop – Garden Party with Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths

  Hello! So good to see you today! Honestly, any day right now that I can post is a good day. I have definitely been in a different stage of life these days. I'm definitely good with it. I'm spending more time with my boys, and that time is going by so very quickly!!! Every so often though, I take some time for myself and get back to my stamping table and just create! This month's OSAT theme was just so fun, I had to play along!

 

 SO I was a little stuck though on which set to use. I finally decided that because the wreath is made up of leaves it totally counted for a Garden Party!!! I kept it pretty easy with just a card and little gift bag.

 I started out creating the wreath. I inked the wreath with Crushed Curry ink, then highlighted a few of the leaves using the brush tip of the Cajun Craze and Merry Merlot Stampin' Write Markers.I used a Stampin' Spritzer to add a little water so that the colors blended together a bit on the stamp before stamping the image on Watercolor Paper.

 I basically created the bag in the same way. I love creating little gift bags. This is such an easy pattern too. It's one sheet of 11" x 6", scored at 5" and 6", then at 1" in on both long sides. Easy peasy!!!
