Just Because I love Blue Jeans
Ok, I must admit, I am really not good at using circles, that’s why it’s really odd that I made two cards with large circles in one night. I made this card last weekend during VSN and the challenge was to make an "all blue card" inspired by Blue Jeans. Well, for most of my life all I have worn is jeans. I’ve worn acid wash, "peg" rolled them, worn huge baggy ones, Wranglers I could barely sit in and even some low rise – but I LOVE my jeans. I really wanted to make a couple for this challenge, but I think this was the last one I got to for the night and i was getting a little sleepy. The colors I used were Stampin’ Up’s In Colors for this year – Soft Sky and Blue Bayou. I used some of the Designer Series paper and made this "z" fold. It’s a great way to show off our papers. I used the stamp set "Text and Texture" which I totally love and FINALLY used. The background (I guess) of this stamp was stamped in the Soft Sky, and I stamped the Just Because right over it in the Blue Bayou. Really easy card, and not as "denim-y" as I should have done, but I think I like it just the same.
Your Z-Fold looks really nice with that big circle! I love the colors as well! Super card!!
