#tgifc302 Color Challenge – Oh! These Cute Snails!
Hello and happy Friday! I am so grateful to have you joining me this week for a little #TGIFC302 inspiration! With it being the first Friday of the month, it's COLOR CHALLENGE time! I LOVE color challenges, probably because I think that I THINK in color. Are you that way? I organize most of my things by color and always have.
I have been having so much fun with these adorable little snails from the Snail Mail Suite. Did you see my WCBH post the other day? ANYHOW, I thought they would make a fun little valentine card with today's challenge.
While I adore the entire Snail Mail Suite, I really wanted to play with the images in different color schemes. My card the other day features colors from our Soft Subtles Collection, and today I focused on the colors for the challenge. I think sometimes I see a color scheme that Stampin' Up! uses, and struggle getting out of that box. Maybe that's one reason I love color challenges so much, they push me to see my stamp sets differently.
Once again, my Stampin' Blends provided great saturated colors in the stamped images, which I diecut with the coordinating dies, and layered on a Stitched Rectangle. I went to a few other sets to create my sentiment, and also added some tone-on-tone stamping with the little hearts on the Real Red background.
