November Fancy Friday – My Christmas Card

Hello and Happy Friday! Hope that that you are having a wonderful day. Are you in the midst of holiday prep? I know here in our home we are! Shopping, wrapping, and getting set up for all of our traditions and new experiences! This month, we here at Fancy Friday are sharing our Christmas Cards!!! I like sending out a lot of cards, so I don't usually go "over the top" for the majority of the ones I send out. I think I really like what I came up with this year…

Fancy Friday Jeanna Bohanon

They kind of inspire me too. I love the word JOY. It resonates deeper with me than just "happy"

Fancy Friday Christmas Card 1

It's a fairly simple card, but it does require the use of a Big Shot die cutting machine and a few of our dies. The large letter alphabet set is a set of dies I have probably used at least a hundred times – I use it for so many things. I LOVE how with just simple Very Vanilla cardstock, it makes such a statement on this card.

I also love the way that the Gold Glimmer paper plays against the simple look of the tone on tone Buffalo Plaid check on Crumb Cake.

This is a simple layout, with simple elements, but I thought I'd show you a quick way to get a different look from the exact same elements!

Fancy Friday Christmas Card 2

I think either layout totally works!

We have some new designers joining us for Fancy Fridays now! Check out the hop, I know you won't be disappointed! Next up is the talented Krista Frattin!
