Where did I go?

Didn't mean to take a few days off, but I guess I was writing checks my body couldn't cash! Had my sons' 7th birthday party on Saturday, but woke up in a FULL flare-up. We're talking it seriously hurt when my sweet 8 year old was trying to help me out by putting lotion on my back. Not a good feeling when you still have to finish up the party and then entertain a house full of kids! So, I spent all day yesterday in bed trying to recover…..
