I made this as a very special Thank You, for a very special gift. I used the Bella Rose paper to coordinate with her decor. I love Stampin' Up!s Pennant die, it's so quick and fun and easy to use. I also used the Scallop Circle die and Serif Alpha. I did add my little touch of black and white gingham ribbon!
I hope that everytime she sees it, it makes her happy and she thinks of me!

I love the Simply Scrappin' kits that Stampin'Up! offers. I think they are a great value with Cardstock, coordinating Designer Series Papers and the great adhesive die-cuts.
