Merci – a cute brag book page
If I do so so myself!
This was another scrapbook page sample that I did to showcase Stampin’Up!’s great Sale A Brate stamp sets. These images are part of the FREE stamp set "Merci". I would say that this style of stamp is not what I normally go for, but once I started working with it, I think I came up with some good ideas! Besides, it’s fun to stamp outside of your comfort zone.
One of my first favorite products when I started stamping was Stampin’Up!’s Stampin Pastels. I loved having all of their 48 colors at my fingertips. This simple page just has the little butterfly stamped in basic black on whisper white cardstock and then I just colored them in with the pastels. I love the soft look they give.A quick layer of lavender Lace, Basic Black and Rose Red and Voila’ a great, simple and quick page – perfect for spring!
