A scrapbook page
I actually started stamping because I was a scrapper – now I sometimes scrap because I’m a stamper. Anyhow, I actually created these pages and entered them in two contests (didn’t win either) so I figure I can show you….
The colors I used are Very Vanilla, Creamy Caramel and Groovy Guava – an dI love the combo. I also used some of SU!’s designer series outlaw paper (don’t forget it’s buy 3 get 1 free this month). I used my Wanted stamp set to add small subtle details to the opposite corners of the layout. The layout was actually an older sketch challenge on SCS but I do not remember which one. There are antique brads in the centers of the flowers from the designer paper. All in all i am happy to have 2 beautiful pages I am proud of to add to my wedding album, even if they aren’t "award winners"
I think they are very pretty pages. Sorry you didn’t win. I’m much more of a stamper than a scrapper… in fact my wedding pictures are still in the box… anniversary #14 was a few weeks ago. shame on me!
Sorry on not winning (I entered a contest before and didn’t win either); we just have to keep trying. But I do like your layouts, they are nice. I like the colors too.
