What a difference a Stamp Set makes

I was preparing for a workshop this weekend and wanted a sophisticated looking card to balance my "cutesy" ones, so I immediately grabbed my Artfully Asian set…it’s always a good one right? Well, as I’m packing things up, I start to second guess myself…..so I grab Roses in Winter off my shelf, go with the same supplies and color scheme and come up with a different card. Now I can’t decide. Over on SCS the majority seem to be going with Artfully Asian. I think I just might let my guests vote, but what do you think?Artfully_bravo_copsmonkey Riwbravo_appealcopsmonkey

  1. The Artfully Asian one is very pretty, but I think the RIW one is AWESOME, Easy and a great way to teach 2 Step Stamping, I have also found it to be a Best Seller when you show it!

  2. Both cards are beautiful… personally I like the artfuly aisian card better, only because it’s more my style. I’ve never really liked the Roses in Winter set. Good luck, I’m sure either will do great! :O)

  3. Both cards are lovely! If I had to choose one, I’d pick Artfully Asian but I think it’s totally a personal preference issue!

  4. They are both very well done. I can’t decide.
I also really love how you did the leaves with the Roses in Winter – I’ve never used the big leaf and stem stamp with the little ones overlapping before – super glad I stopped by your blog and saw that.

  5. I like both, and have both sets myself. I would have to base my decision on the stamping level of your attendees. In my opinion, RIW is a tough one with which to begin learning 2-step stamping. I like to keep newby workshops focused with KISS (keep it simple, sister), so Artfully Asian would be my choice for newbies, and less expensive for a starter group too!
