We Create Blog Hop – Technique Toss Up – Stampin’ Up! Sweet Strawberry

 Hello! Happy May Day! Welcome back. I am so excited to share this card I made for you for this month's We Create Blog Hop! This month we are all sharing DIFFERENT stamping techniques! I can't wait to see what everyone does!!!

 Ok, so I am not sure that I have a name for this technique…DIY DSP maybe? DSP is an abbreviation that we often use for "Designer Series Paper" our "scrapbook paper". 

(I also snuck in some Blends coloring, does that count as another technique?) For the "DIY DSP" I stamped the leaf and flower image in Just Jade ink, on Just Jade Cardstock. (Just Jade might be my favorite color right now) I then colored in the flowers and added some cute little dots with the White Stampin' Chalk Marker. I love the look that it gives.

 For the strawberries, I colored them with my Stampin' Blends in Petal Pink and Poppy Parade. I think that they look just like the strawberries I have been growing in my back yard. I am super excited about them, it's my first time ever having my own garden. I only have 2 plants, and the berries are so cute and tiny!!!
