Hey y'all!!! Happy Friday!!!
Do any of y'all happen to know where on Earth this year has gone?!?!? It's FLOWN by for me. The end of one more month means we get to go through all of the samples for the month to find our inspiration!
This time I chose the card created by the FABULOUS, super sweet, Kathryn Whittaker that she created for the Color Combo inspiration. Here is my take on it -
My favorite part of the card is the fun, water-colored background. To create it, I smooshed one of my clear acrylic blocks on my Smoky Slate ink pad, then sprayed it with some water. I placed it down on my paper, then to make it even more unique, I used my Aqua Painter, smeared the ink around a little more, THEN I sprinkled some salt on top!!! LOL. The salt picks up a little of the ink giving it that unique, mottled look. It was so easy, seriously took more time to type this up to explain it. ( I am not that fast on a keyboard!)

This is adorable Jeanna! Kathryn’s card was one of my favorites that week and I love your interpretation of it! Simple and sweet 🙂
