#TGIFC134 Theme Week – Gratitude!

When I was asked 134 challenges ago, by my beautiful and talented friend Mercedes to be on this design team, I had no idea how much it would end up meaning to me. There have been the regular comings and goings – there are 3 of us that are still around from that first challenge – Mercedes, Cathy Caines, and myself. Last year when Mercedes accepted a position on Stampin' Up!'s Artisan Design Team again, she asked me if I would take care of TGIF for her. What a BLESSING!!! There was a little bit of a learning curve, and a little extra work, but it has been so worth it!!! To see all of the challengers participating every week, to building a FABULOUS team that have become like family to me, I have been truly blessed!
We took this pic last week in Salt Lake at Stampin' Up!'s OnStage Demonstrator event. It isn't everyone, but it's a lot of us.
That's why this week's theme is SO PERFECT!!! Gratitude… my heart is FULL of it for this amazing team!!! (click on the pic below to see what they came up with this week!)
Ok, now that I've wiped up my tears… (it's true, I cry so quickly, you can ask just about anyone who knows me!)
I wanted to do something SPECIAL to express my gratitude for the team. I used a beautiful flower stamp that will be available in our upcoming Occasions catalog (sorry for the super early sneak peek, but CAN YOU BLAME ME?)
The flowers are stamped in Memento Ink on Whisper White cardstock and then the entire panel is colored with our fabulous Stampin' Blends! It was VERY therapeutic coloring! This set will be great for that.
