I LOVE water-coloring, so I was excited to see this challenge. Then I really didn't take the approach I thought I would….

At first glance, you might wonder where exactly I water-colored:
So, I water-colored this cute little party-girl. I LOVE the look it gave to the skirt of her dress. I was also able to add just a tint of color to her skin. (Don't worry, you might see a little more water-coloring from me later in the month too – hint-hint)
