PCC327 Sketch Challenge, Stampin’ Up! Amazing Life
Hello!!!! Hope you're having a great day. It's been an exciting around here this week. We had SNOW!!! Now, I know that's not a big deal for a lot of y'all, but it sure is a big deal when you live in Las Vegas. Maybe that pretty white and softness played a part in inspiring my colors to go along with this week's Paper Craft Crew Challenges Sketch Challenge!
Isn't it a cute sketch? I was kind of tempted to go "Spring" with this one, but decided instead to make a birthday card that I "needed" instead!
Ok, so I might be making more of these!!! I LOVE the colors – I LOVE the layout!!! I LOVE THIS SET! Seriously – there are so many occasions you could make projects for with it!!! Do you love the ombre look? I still do, and using the Stampin' Blends, I was able to create this fun look on this card.
Oh, here's a great tip for when you are layering with Glimmer Paper – I punched a smaller circle out of the Glimmer Paper where it would be hidden by the sentiment circle. This accomplishes two things – first, you don't waste Glimmer Paper that won't be seen, plus, it makes adhering that second layer so much easier!
