You'll also need a few additional supplies: 5 x 7 Frame, Sea shells, Driftwood.
A few tips on making the frame – : Cut Designer Paper into ½” x 4” strips. Layer from the bottom up overlapping them for the background. Use Hot Glue to secure the sea shells and driftwood in place. Cut seaweed die out of Old Olive Card Stock and Mossy Meadow pattern of Designer Paper.
