Bye Bye big beautiful stamp room

Well, I still need to finish up a few things in the new office before I take photos to share, but here are photos of what the old room now looks like. To see what it used to look like see this post

The first one is about half way through clearing out – the next are complete….

This is where my old computer desk used to fit. Those are two closets on either side of the bookcases. The little guys train table is in front of the inset. I painted the snoopy characters on poster boards for babies room, glad I could move them….

Of course for now all the furniture is mis matched, but they don’t care, they now have a HUGE room to play in. I really hope they know how much I love them!

This is basically the wall that you saw in the other photo of my former room.

I’ll get the photos soon. I also have some cards to post. I ended up in the ER this morning around 2am with more gastro-intestinal pain. Didn’t feel like the last trip. They gave me morphine, a NASTY green drink and some protonix and told me to follow up with aa G-I doc. Soonest doc can get me in is the 15th! Think I can live on toast and water until then? Yikes. I wonder if I am falling apart. Tomorrow I see an ENT to talk about the prospects of a tonsilectomy due to the fact that I have tonsil stones! What?!? Seriously…..how bizarre is that?

  1. That was a lot of work! Then end result is awesome 🙂 Good luck with your surgery. I had surgery recently (May 07) and the hardest part was a WAY BAD headache!! It was aweful! I don’t do good with pain meds so the effects of those hit me hard in the head. Once the pain meds got out of my system and I took plain old ibuprophen it was all good. I think they assume you will be in pain…so they just put those meds in your body. I kept telling them I was sick and my head was going to explode…and they just kept telling me to push the little pain med button till the pain stopped. WRONG! I finally stopped pushing that BAD little button! ha! Everyone is different, but for me that was the worse. I’ll keep you in my prayers. Glad you will have help with the kids. 🙂
