Well, we’re back. The services were as beautiful as could be. It was hard. But it will be ok. I was actually even able to speak on behalf of the grandchildren. I didn’t do too bad. Cried a little – but expected. It was a phenomenal week, and I have been busy since being back. Hopefully I can get back in the routine of posting better again soon. Thanks for bearing with me.

I’m glad you were able to speak at your g’pa’s funeral. I read a tribute I had written at my g’ma’s in Sept. None of the grandkids thought I could do it, but I am so glad I did. I was very close to her and it was important to me.
Losing a g’parent is so hard! My thoughts and prayers are still with you all.
Sounds like an incredible man! Hugs!!
