#tgifc250 Color Challenge – Stampin’ Up! Timeless Tulips Banner
Hi there, and Happy Friday! We've had a few days of seriously cold, and crazy windy days here in Southern Nevada this week, which made it the perfect time to hide in my stamp room! My room faces South, so I get great warm sun in the windows, which totally inspired my creating this week. Both for this week's TGIF Challenge, and for my latest Class to Go which launches today too!!!!
I've made a TON of cards lately and was in the mood to make something different, so I thought I'd have even more fun with the Timeless Tulips Bundle and make a cute little Springtime banner!
It's seriously so bright and fun, I LOVE IT!!! Let me show you some of the detail –
To create the cute plaid, I stamped one of the stems for the tulips in Pool Party ink on the Pool Party card stock. I stamped another background on the Smoky Slate, using the smallest tulip and Smoky Slate ink. The tulips themselves are stamped in Melon Mambo ink on Melon Mambo cardstock, then punched out with the punch. I did add a tiny accent of Granny Apple Green with the leaves 🙂
