Bad Blogger

I know I've been a bad blogger lately, just BUSY. Hopefully things will start to get back to normal soon. Anyhow, I just started walking again for some weight loss and I found this cool site through another site I visit regularly and being as I know that there are a "few" of us out there that are always looking for help on this topic, I thought I'd pass it along. I'd love to know what you think.
