These were sent to me by the amazingly talented and super sweet Rose Ann, along with some super yummy extra ribbons for my ribbon sampler pin. Ok, so now I HAVE to order the Real Red wide grosgrain ribbon, it is simply scrumptious!!! I feel very privileged in having formed a rather nice friendship with Rose Ann through our blogs and email, and she (along with a few other blog friends) have made me cry with their shows of friendship. In fact, she was the one who nominated me for:

I have many many other blogs that I read daily, although I have still not really formed "friendships" with most…..so I only chose three. I hope I haven’t forgot someone, but if I did, let’s just blame it on me being a complete ding-dong sometimes!

OK!!!! So the BIG SURPRISE – SHOCK AND AWE MOMENT came Saturday night, close to midnight, after the birthday party when I was totally spent, had 3 extra kids racked out on my couch downstairs and was just about ready to cry from exhaustion when almost divine energy smaked me in the face…enough already, should I just get to the point??

Ok, check out the comments left for me on this card. Appropriately, the invite for the big day I just survived. Do you see the first two (more reasons why they get a best blog friend award – they ALWAYS make me feel good about my work…) but then…….THUD!!!! Did you see who made the third comment?

Yikes – Wowserz! Holy cow! At that moment I could have cared less what my little counter read, what my "Stamping Top 50" rank was or anything! Beate Johns – the QUEEN of Stampin’Up! stampers and one of the most amazingly talented stampers EVER not only has been to my blog, but commented on my card. So that makes two of my idols – JanTink and Beate that have visited my little blog and commented onit too in one week! I still remember when SweetMissDaisy commented on one of my cards at SCS – about the same reation. I feel so BONAFIDE!!!

Now of course, everyone who visits and comments on my blog is iportant and appreciated – but to me these ladies are so talented that it’s almost like a celebrity! I feel so silly….

I really should go stamp now….wish Mr. Brown would get here with my new stuffs!
